What we look for
Proximity
Change is carried from the top, or it is not carried at all. We work with the owner or the management team, not with a project group two layers down. The same goes internally: you sit close to the client and close to the work.
Craftsmanship
The foundation comes before the agent. Process, data and architecture first. We would rather tell a client they are not ready yet than build it anyway.
Honesty
We say what something is, even when it has not been measured yet. The number instead of the adjective. Naming an uncomfortable reality is part of it.
Ownership
We carry the risk that it works. A fixed price against a scope we have examined, and where it fits, payment per completed process. If it does not resolve the case, it is not billed.
