What it is
One place where anyone in the company can ask a question in plain language and get a clear answer, with a link to where that answer comes from.
What it replaces
Searching across several systems, asking an experienced colleague, and working from a document that turns out to be a year old.
How it works
It connects to the sources the company already uses: tickets, shared drives, mail, chat, product documentation. Sensitive data is removed before anything is stored. Someone asks a question in their own words. The answer suits whoever is asking: a step-by-step explanation for a new employee, a short answer for an experienced colleague. Every answer carries its source, so it can be checked and read further.
What is included
Connection to the existing sources, the knowledge structure and classification, role-based access, hosting, monitoring and support. Documentation and training at handover. Ongoing improvement of what it can do and how well it answers. Everyone in the company has access, with rights per role so information can be shielded from departments that should not see it. It runs in the client’s own cloud, in the EU, and the data stays under their control.
What is not included
Cleaning up the client’s existing content. Automated replies to customers.
Who it is for
An organisation where knowledge sits in people’s heads and scattered across systems, where juniors get stuck and seniors are interrupted for the same questions.
