The challenge
A large share of orders comes in through a WhatsApp group: customers simply send a message with what they want. Every message had to be read, understood and turned into an order by hand, after which the logistics process was set in motion. For the owner this was daily work, and the workload grew as more customers were added to the group.
The solution
Orders that come in by message are picked up and recorded without having to be entered again. Everything that follows the order, from the sales record to logistics, is set in motion in one go. The owner no longer processes orders himself.
